Lugged chromoly frame made in Japan, the serial number suggests it was made in 1983. The seat tube measures 21" (53.3cm) from the center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. The top tube measures approximately 23" c-t-c when measuring along the side of the tt. Fits 26" wheels, cantilever brake mounts, fits a 21.1mm (.833") quill stem. Used with many signs of age and wear, all the decals were removed, someone painted the lugs blue, has scratches and various paint flaws, wear on the inside of the Suntour rear dropouts.
